Returns

For online purchases, Humswear AB will refund the purchase price of items that are returned in their original condition and accompanied by the original Hums packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item. Customized products cannot be returned.

You must inform Hums of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of the date of delivery. You need to use the return label that comes with each delivery to return your purchase. Refunds will be issued after the item has been logged into our warehouse being returned. 

Fill in the return slip, pack your items and stick the included return slip on the outside of the package. Remove the shipping label from the package or stick the return label on top to avoid any problems.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be made automatically to your credit card or via the original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or missed repayments

There is often some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have contacted the bank and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@humswear.com
